Why are there no renders of the Pirate set?
Due to the illness of one of our team members, the pirate set could not be finished on time for the launch. We know that there were over 600 people excited for this project to launch today so we decided to not delay the project and launch with a concept sketch for the pirates. You can expect to see the pirate coin renders already on day 2 of the project!

Yes, that is perfectly possible, we even have a pledge level for it ‘Save me a spot’ which is exactly 1EUR!

Do the renders represent the final product?
No, the renders should be viewed as concepts/prototypes since we will be finetuning the models after the campaign to ensure the best printing experience for our backers!

Could you tell us more about the worn-out coin upgrade?
The add-on ‘coin upgrade -worn out-‘ costs 3EUR. It is included for free in the tier II pledge and the commercial license pledges. With this upgrade, each core coin & all unlocked coins will receive one extra variant that will be “damaged” to give the coin a worn-out effect!

Could you tell us more about the numbered coin upgrade?
The add-on ‘coin upgrade -numbered-‘ costs 5EUR. It is included for free in the tier II pledge and the commercial license pledges. With this upgrade, each core coin & all unlocked coins will receive one extra variant that will have a number on one side of the coin. Each theme will have a matching font style. The numbers that will be added are: Copper: 1 Silver: 5 Gold: 10 Platinum: 20

Could you tell us more about the stretch goals?
After the funding goal of 3000 EUR is reached all extra support will go towards, adding more free stuff to your rewards! This will happen by unlocking new coin themes through stretch goals. Every 2000 EUR pledged to the campaign will unlock a new coin set of 4 unique coins! Unlocked coins will be portrayed on the campaign page in the form of sketches. The sketches will be upgraded to renders if time allows us to do so. Keep in mind that at the start of the campaign the stretch goals could be unlocked much faster than during a later stage in the campaign. We will need approximately 24 hours to show concept sketches for a newly unlocked theme and approximately 48 hours to transform the concept sketches into 3D renders!
Becoming a backer will also grant you the power to vote for upcoming coin themes! The voting will start on day 2 of the campaign!
In fact, the Steampunk, Pirate, and Sci-Fi sets were chosen by our newsletter subscribers as were the first two stretch goals.

Could you tell us more about the delivery?
The delivery will be through MyMiniFactory, and will start on 30 September. Throughout October we will be delivering the files with a final deadline of 31 October. Keep in mind that unlocked stretch goals can be delayed in delivery.

Could you tell us more about the ‘metal’ boar add-on?
The add-on ‘metal boar‘ costs 7EUR. It is included for free in the tier II pledge. This add-on gives you access to an armored boar model that comes in 3 variants.
1.) Piggy Bank, this version is fully support-free for FDM printers and is hollow on the inside to hold the coins that you put in the boar through an opening at the top. It also has a lid on the bottom so that you do not have to break the model when you need what is in it! 2.) Miniature, this version has a base and comes pre-supported for SLA printers 3.) Decorative, this version does not have the holes of the piggy bank nor the base of the miniature, it stands on its own and can be printed support-free in any size your 3D printer allows!
All variants will be pre-supported for SLA printers and support-free for FDM printers

Could you tell us more about the character class tokens add-on?
The add-on ‘Character Class Tokens’ costs 9EUR. It is included for free in the tier II pledge. This add-on gives you access to 14 tokens of 14 character classes. Each token has 2 unique sides! Currently, there are only 3 out of 14 tokens displayed that represent the idea behind this product. The 14 represented classes are: - Barbarian - Bard - Cleric - Druid - Fighter (shown on the project page under ‘add-ons’ in brown) - Monk - Paladin (shown on the project page under ‘add-ons’ in gold) - Ranger - Rogue - Sorcerer - Warlock (shown on the project page under ‘add-ons’ in purple) - Wizard - Artificer - Blood Hunter

The add-on ‘make it lifetime’ costs 60EUR this add-on is only applicable on the commercial tiers! This add-on gives you access to a commercial license without an expiry date.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
